mOre Programme

mOre is a social enterprise that provides training, mentorship, support and apprenticeships to disadvantaged people of all ages.

We work holistically with men and women, offering a safe space to build confidence, overcome barriers, prepare for employment and take a big step towards a positive future.

Our Made For More Model

Someone is referred to mOre because they have experienced unemployment because of limiting circumstances and are ready for a new challenge. They enrol onto our training programme to learn transferable life skills and employability skills, whilst building trusting relationships and building confidence .

We divide the programme into four phases...

Phase 1 consists of informal meetings to get to know every person individually, to tailor their training to suit their specific needs.

Phase 2 lasts about 6 months and focuses on training within small groups. Throughout the training our mentors meet to give 1-1 support, we run regular group sessions and have access to other support services.

Phase 3 aims to place people in short term work experience within partner organisations.

Phase 4 is once they have completed our programme, they will graduate and we try to introduce people to potential future employers. For another six months they are encouraged to attend wellbeing workshops and we continue to offer 1-1 and in work support.
